Are your products safe for my twins?


Twoborn meets ALL CPSIA standards & requirements. We would be happy to provide a CPSIA certificate on any of our products at your request. The CPSIA Act of 2008 requires that our nursery products meet the following criteria: Comply with all applicable children’s product safety rules. Are tested for compliance by a CPSC accepted laboratory. Have a written Children’s Product Certificate (issued by the manufacturer or importer) that provides evidence of the product’s compliance. Have permanent tracking information affixed to the product and its packaging. What size clothing should I buy?


Our footed baby rompers are offered in three different sizes and run “true to size.”

It is best to know the weight of the babies for the best fit:

0-3 Months (7-11 lbs.)

3-6 Months (11-15 lbs.)

6-9 Months (15-19 lbs.)




My twins are two different sizes. Can I order different sized outfits?


Our clothing in prepackaged and sold in sets, and our inventory is grouped in sets for accounting purposes. Unfortunately, we do not offer different size options at this time. When you place an order for a set of outfits, will receive two of the same size.




How should I care for my Twoborn products?


All of our nursery products can be machine washed and dried. See the instructions on the labels attached to each product for additional care instructions.




How do I add a gift message?


You will be instructed to leave a gift message at checkout. If you still have questions, please TEXT us at (609) 356-2476 for additional help.




I am purchasing a gift. Will the recipient(s) see the pricing?


The recipient(s) will NOT see the price of the products. They will receive a “pick list” of the products ordered so that they can compare what they received to what was purchased.




Can I edit my order?


If you need to correct your order, please TEXT us at (609) 356-2476 to inform us of the correction. This needs to be communicated to us no later than the next business morning, before the order ships.




Can I cancel my order or change my address after the 24-hour period has passed?


If you need to cancel your order, please TEXT us at (609) 356-2476 to inform us of the cancellation. This needs to be communicated to us no later than the next business morning before the order ships. If more than 24 hours has passed, we may not be able to process your cancellation, but we will if it hasn’t already shipped.




How much is shipping?


Shipping charges vary, it depends on the method of shipment chosen at checkout and your “ship to” location. See the “shipping & returns” link for more information.

If you are shipping within the United States, shipping is FREE on orders over $75. Your order will be shipped via US Priority mail.




When will my order ship?


All orders ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted at checkout.




Do you offer overnight shipping?


We do not offer overnight or express shipping.




Do you ship internationally?


Yes! We ship worldwide.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Different countries may have different “standard” sized mattress pads. If you purchase one of our fitted crib sheets, please note that they fit standard US sized mattresses that may not fit your crib mattresses if you are located overseas. Our crib sheets are made to fit 28in X 52in X 8in (71cm X 132 cm X 20 cm) mattress pads. Please check sizing before purchasing.




How do I return my order?


Please contact us at twobornnursery@gmail.com. Include your name, phone number and order number (or approximate date of your order if you do not have your order #) in your email. In addition, we would appreciate a reason for your return. We will get back to you within 24 hours with return instructions.




How do I exchange something from my order?

In addition, please let us know what you would like to return and what you like in exchange. We will get back to you within 24 hours with exchange instructions.




What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?

In addition, please give us a brief description of the issue. We will get back to you within 24 hours to resolve the problem.




Do you have a baby registry?


We do not have a registry at this time.
